This item is Non-Returnable.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund as applicable within 7-8 working Days to credit to your original payment method or Bank account.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. An unboxing video is required as proof for any support requests.

Terms and conditions:
To ensure the best support and service, we kindly request that you provide a clear unboxing video showing the product label and packaging as proof in case of any issues. Please note that refunds or replacements may not be processed without this documentation on mail is available.
